The Citizens Hearings was held in 2013 in Washington DC - with over 40 witnesses before prior US Congress members. These 40 witnesses include Paul Hellyer Canada's defense minister as well as pilots, doctors, scientists, researchers, politicians and army personal, all addressing the issue of alien contact on earth for the last 50 years.
